Now is the right time to start looking
One of the things I’ve grown to love about the modular home process is the way it brings all of the aspects of building a new home into one convenient place. You can choose your floor plan, your interior options, and your exterior options at our model centers.
Even though building a modular home does make the process easier, it can still take seven to ten months. The financing process alone can take 45 to 60 days. Whether it’s ten years down the road or ten months from now, the more you do up front, the faster you can get your home ordered when you are ready.
Since starting with D&W Homes, one of the things I’ve learned is that our interactions with customers are not transactions, but relationships. I’ve watched as customers spend a year or more talking with team members, touring display models, browsing floor plans, and revisiting options, before finally making the decision to order a new home.
