Where Do I Start?
It’s a question often asked, and the answer will depend on your knowledge of the modular home building process. If the idea of building a modular home is completely new to you, then the best place to start would probably be to visit a model center. Not only will you get a feel for the homes as you tour them, but our team members at the model centers can answer all of your questions about the process, the floor plans, the options available, and give you a quote.
If you’re not ready to visit a model center yet, or if you’re already familiar with modular homes, then you can start looking through floor plans on our website. Over 250 floor plans are loaded for you to browse through. Keep in mind, as you search, that modular homes are highly customizable. So, for instance, if you find a three-bedroom plan that you love, but need four bedrooms, then you can typically stretch a floor plan to add extra rooms. You can also find pictures from our display models, as well as 3-D tours, to give you an idea of some of the options available with our homes.
When you find a floor plan you like, you can request pricing on the Get Pricing tab. While you will eventually need to visit a model center for an official quote, requesting base prices through this feature will give you a general idea before you visit. (Because prices are to custom build, we don’t publicly post prices because they can change when our manufacturers pricing changes.)
